Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MyQR at https://myqr.guestrar.com and the MyQR mobile app (the “Service”), operated by GuestRAR Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MyQR lets you order physical QR stickers, manage MyQR profiles, share access with trusted people, and receive or place voice calls over the internet when someone scans your sticker or uses a shared link. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping login/OTP access secure.
- One free device may be linked per account unless you unlock multi-device access via a paid plan we offer.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, violate these Terms, or create security risk.
3. Orders, pricing & payment
- Sticker prices are shown at checkout and paid via Razorpay. App subscription price is set in Google Play / the App Store and billed by Apple or Google.
- Payment is processed by third-party providers. Orders are confirmed after successful payment (or as otherwise stated at checkout).
- GST and other taxes may apply as indicated. Seller details: GuestRAR Private Limited, GSTIN 24AALCG1022G1Z3, Surat, Gujarat - India.
- Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays due to courier, address errors, or events beyond our control may occur.
4. Subscriptions & renewals
Paid app plans (calling and multi-device unlock where offered) are sold as in-app purchases on Google Play and the App Store. Duration, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for those purchases follow the applicable store’s rules and consumer law. Sticker purchases may include a complimentary period of app access as stated at checkout; that is separate from store IAP. Non-payment or expiry may limit calling or other paid features while stickers you already own remain physical property you purchased.
5. MyQR sharing
- If you share a MyQR access code or approve a join challenge, invited members may answer calls for that MyQR.
- You are responsible for whom you invite and for regenerating codes or removing members when needed.
- Do not use sharing to harass others or to circumvent device or account limits in bad faith.
6. Calls & acceptable use
- Calls use internet connectivity (WebRTC) and may use TURN relays we operate or configure. Quality depends on network conditions.
- You must not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or spam calling; for recording others without required consent; or to interfere with our systems.
- Emergency services: MyQR is not a substitute for dialling local emergency numbers.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, software, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service as intended. You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us a licence to host and process it to operate MyQR.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect call quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Physical stickers may vary slightly in print colour or finish.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuestRAR Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order or subscription in the three months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your shared MyQR invitations, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the site. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance, except where local law requires a different process.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
